Beautiful! The only problem I have is having to turn one of my computer monitors sideways to see the whole picture as it should be viwed. It is worth the effort though.

They are so cute! In Russia we call them Ann’s eyes. I guess there was some Ann with such beautiful blue colored eyes!
Your water colors are so amazingly unusual Hado. I was looking at this one and thought about bold color application that is more like oil or acrylics. Could not believe it is watercolor!

Very beautiful.
In my country they are called "stepmother". I never understood that. Such awful name for such a beautiful flower πŸ˜³πŸ€”

Hm.. I wonder if there are other names ?...

Viola's! And in my favourite colours!
This is a flower that can grow about everywhere in the garden, they pop up at the most unusual places in my garden! Some sorts are even eatable. I have tried that once but decoration outweighed the taste you know!

Splendid painted, those pistils (stampers) look like people dancing!
SO beautiful!!

Colin Hudson. I am so sorry. Is that my mistake?

Sunny Lady, but it is thrue water colours. Tubes are 4 a 5 cm . But again, there is a lot of pigment in it. You need SO little of it. Next time I post a foto from the tubes.

SunnyLady, and.... thank you so much again.

Umagaan.... in what country is that? Indeed , a stupid name for such lovely flower.

You make me almost blush Voy Kay. THat is right, they popup every where. Between stonen, with almost no soil. Thank you. Ik verkocht 'm gisteren voor 20 euro. Via FB. Lachen.

Hahahaha!! Been in Slovenia in 2012, but must've been blinded by the sun then!
Lovely!!

Incredible pigment load in that tubes. I guess this is exactly what mesmerizes me in your bold water color paintings. The videos I saw on youtube mostly all in transparent applications of paint.

Voy Kay, hahahha.

When you use a lot of water, yes then it wil be transparent, but more pure.... then the pigement is showing Sunny Lady.
